1. Subject of the offer
This document is the public offer of Федоренко Дмитрий Александрович, a self-employed taxpayer, tax ID 772373964340, to provide access to the IMVU Tools by FedrBodr digital software products.
The user may choose IMVU Promoter Hub for USD 5 for 30 days and IMVU Profit Analytics for USD 9.99 for 30 days. The final amount and billing currency are shown on the payment page before payment. Payments are not accepted until checkout is enabled; payment buttons are marked Coming soon and no contract is formed.
2. Forming the contract and payment
A contract is formed after successful payment. Prodamus processes payment using the methods available on the payment page. A receipt is sent to the buyer electronically using the contact details provided.
3. Providing access
Access is provided entirely online. After payment is confirmed, the user receives access to the web service and/or uses the Chrome Web Store extension. The price includes use of the product for the paid period, updates, and technical support.
4. Subscription and cancellation
If recurring payments are enabled, a subsequent charge is made only on the terms shown to the user when the subscription is connected. The user may cancel future charges in the account or through support at fedrbodr@gmail.com. Cancellation stops new charges and does not block the already paid period.
5. Refunds
A refund request may be sent to fedrbodr@gmail.com with the account email address and payment date. A refund for an unused period is considered in light of the access actually provided, the reason for the request, payment-system rules, and mandatory legal requirements. If the service was not provided through the provider's fault, the amount paid is refunded.
6. Rules of use
The user agrees to use the service lawfully, not share access with third parties, not interfere with the service, and not use the product to violate third-party platform rules. Access may be limited with notice in the event of a material breach.
7. Intellectual property
Exclusive rights to the software products belong to the provider. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for the paid period. Third-party licenses and software products are not resold.
IMVU Tools by FedrBodr is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by IMVU. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Notices and disputes
Questions, claims, and legally significant notices are accepted at fedrbodr@gmail.com. Before going to court, the parties seek to resolve a dispute in correspondence.
