1. Subject of the offer
This document is the public offer of Dmitry Aleksandrovich Fedorenko (Федоренко Дмитрий Александрович), an individual entrepreneur applying the professional income tax regime, tax ID 772373964340, OGRNIP 326774600702237, to provide access to the IMVU Tools by FedrBodr digital software products by subscription.
IMVU Profit Analytics is offered by subscription at USD 9.99 per month, USD 24.99 per 3 months or USD 79.99 per year. IMVU Promoter Hub is offered by subscription at USD 5.00 per month, USD 12.99 per 3 months or USD 39.99 per year. Each product is sold separately; paying for one does not give access to the other.
2. Forming the contract and payment
Each product includes a 7-day free trial that requires no card: for IMVU Profit Analytics it starts when the first import of the user's reports completes, for IMVU Promoter Hub it starts when the user confirms their email. The trial ends automatically without any charge.
3. Providing access
Before payment, the price, billing period and the fact that the subscription renews automatically are shown on the pricing page and on the lava.top payment page. A contract is formed after the first successful payment. Payments are processed by the lava.top platform (LAVALANE LTD) and its payment providers in US dollars; a receipt is sent to the buyer's email.
4. Access period and renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period and the same amount is charged to the same payment method for the next period of the same length, until the user cancels. For yearly and 3-month plans the user receives an email reminder before the renewal charge.
5. Refunds
The user can cancel at any time in Account → Billing on imvuprofit.pro (or from the link in the Promoter Hub extension). After cancellation no further charges are made and access continues until the end of the period already paid. If a renewal charge fails, access may continue for up to 3 days while the payment is retried and then ends until a new payment is made.
6. Rules of use
Access is provided entirely online through the web service and/or the Chrome Web Store extension. The price includes use of the product for the paid period, updates and technical support.
7. Intellectual property
A refund request may be sent to fedrbodr@gmail.com with the account email and payment date. Refunds for the current period are considered in light of the access actually provided, the reason for the request, payment-system rules and mandatory legal requirements. If the service was not provided through the provider's fault, the amount paid is refunded.
The user agrees to use the service lawfully, not share access with third parties, not interfere with the service and not use the product to violate third-party platform rules. Access may be limited with notice in the event of a material breach.
8. Notices and disputes
Exclusive rights to the software products belong to the provider. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for the paid period. IMVU Tools by FedrBodr is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by IMVU; third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
