1. General provisions
This policy describes the processing of personal data on imvuprofit.pro and in the IMVU Tools by FedrBodr software products. The data controller is Федоренко Дмитрий Александрович, a self-employed taxpayer, tax ID 772373964340.
2. Data we process
We may receive an email address, technical browser and device data, service-use information, and data from a user's own IMVU reports that is necessary to calculate analytics. IMVU passwords and cookie values are not stored.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to register and sign in, provide access to services, calculate analytics, provide technical support, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements. Processing is based on the user's actions to enter into and perform a contract, the user's consent, and the controller's legal obligations.
4. Payments and data sharing
Payments are handled by the Prodamus payment service. We do not receive or store complete bank-card details. Prodamus processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
Data is shared only with infrastructure providers and the payment partner to the extent necessary to operate the service. This sharing does not mean that personal data is sold.
5. Retention and deletion
Guest analytics data is retained for up to 30 days after the last successful sync or final free sync. The retention period for registered-user data is determined by the duration of service use and legal requirements.
A user may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data by contacting support at fedrbodr@gmail.com. Available data can also be deleted independently from the deletion page after signing in.
6. Security and changes
To protect data, we use access controls, a secure connection, and technical security measures. Absolute security of transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed.
This policy may be updated when the product or law changes. The current version is always published on this page.
